Dijkstra laat op de finale-expo in W139/Basement een aantal beelden van plasticine zien. Deze sculpturen zijn gebaseerd op jeugdherinneringen van mediabeelden die deel zijn geworden van het collectieve geheugen. Van alle genomineerden getuigt zijn werk volgens de jury van de meeste energie en ambitie. Het probleem van de tweedehands ervaring is een van de centrale en daarom moeilijkste vragen voor een beeldend kunstenaar. Dijkstra treedt dit thema doortastend tegemoet.

De opening is Saturday the 10th of May. Visitors will be able to watch movies, made by members of the collective, on their cell phone, via bluetooth. Itr also possible to see all the movies in sequence at the stand of the Kattenbak Collectief in the Gashouder building. During the Kunstvlaai there’s also a performance program. You are invited!
